Tottenham sit just two points above the relegation zone, but due to their superior goal difference over West Ham, even a draw should be enough to ensure survival.
Mathematically, Everton do stand a chance of finishing in the European places, but it’s incredibly unlikely.
When these two sides met earlier in the season, Tottenham secured an emphatic 3-0 victory away at the Toffees, with Micky van de Ven bagging a brace.
Team news
As they have done all season, Tottenham have a host of injury troubles heading into this game.
Ben Davies, Dejan Kulusevski, Mohammed Kudus, Wilson Odobert, Xavi Simons and Cristian Romero all remain on the sidelines.
Dominic Solanke could be available, but it feels unlikely that he will start.
For Everton, Idrissa Gueye remains a doubt, while Jarrad Branthwaite and Jack Grealish remain on the treatment table.
Tottenham’s survival chances
If West Ham fail to win this weekend, Tottenham will secure a place in next season’s Premier League. A draw for the Hammers won’t be enough regardless of Spurs’ result, as West Ham sit two points behind.
A draw for Tottenham will lead to three points above West Ham, meaning Nuno Espírito Santo’s side would need to win. However, due to the Hammers having a goal difference of -22 compared to Tottenham’s -10, they’d need to win by 12 clear goals.
Either way, Spurs will be looking to secure all three points just to guarantee their survival and end the season on somewhat of a high.
Everton’s recent form shatters European hopes
There was a point when it looked as though Everton could find themselves finishing in the European places this season. Over the last few weeks, their chances have unravelled, and a European finish is almost impossible.
Over the last five matches, Everton have picked up just two points, leaving them in twelfth position heading into the final game. A win could see them climb up to eighth, the final Europa Conference League spot, but they’d need a nine-goal difference swing on Chelsea.
Relegation battle Richarlison
Brazilian forward Richarlison thrives in these situations, playing a crucial role in helping this weekend’s opponents, Everton, stay up previously. Richarlison has scored twice in his last three games for Spurs, and he’ll be expected to start in the centre forward position this weekend.
The former Everton man is exactly the player you want in a relegation battle, putting everything on the line to help the team. It’s a chance for Richarlison to make himself a hero, and there is no doubt he will be up for the challenge.
Prediction
It’s difficult not to see Spurs getting at least a point, considering Everton’s season is practically over. We’re going for a 2-1 victory to Spurs.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
